Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed through a call or online request. Clients will receive a confirmation email once the booking is accepted. Bookings are not finalized until confirmed by Breezy or the management team. 2. Payment Pricing is custom per service and will be provided upon consultation. No payments are charged at the time of booking for consultation-based services. Full payment is required before the service date for confirmed performances, workshops, or sessions. Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer (depending on service type). 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for full refund eligibility. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are subject to a 50% fee. Rescheduling is allowed based on availability. Requests should be made as early as possible. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies), Breezy reserves the right to reschedule. 4. Client Responsibilities Provide accurate event details, including location, time, audience size, and technical requirements. Ensure any venue, equipment, or virtual platform requirements are communicated at least 3 days prior. 5. Online & Virtual Sessions Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for virtual sessions. Sessions will start promptly at the scheduled time; late arrivals may shorten session duration. 6. Liability Breezy is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or other incidents during in-person events. Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or licenses for events or recordings. 7. Privacy & Recording Photos and videos taken by Breezy may be used for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise. Clients may record sessions with prior consent. 8.
